Licenses & Terms

This page explains what you can and can’t do with my patterns, how exclusivity works, and how license verification is handled.

Quick Summary

  • All artwork remains © Zhazira. You purchase a license to use, not the copyright.
  • Use is allowed only for the brand and purpose you specify at checkout.
  • No reselling, sharing, sublicensing, or giving away the artwork or source files.
  • Credit/attribution is appreciated but not mandatory unless specified.
  • Refunds are not available after purchase because licenses are digital and become valid immediately.

Three License Types

Choose the scope that matches your project. You can upgrade later by paying the difference if exclusivity is still available.

What You May Do

  • Use the artwork to create physical or digital products for the licensed brand.
  • Modify scale, colors, minor layout adjustments — while keeping the design recognizably mine.
  • Use on packaging, web, campaigns related to the licensed products.
  • Print in-house or with your manufacturer / printer.

What You May Not Do

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the files or artwork.
  • Offer the design on marketplaces as a stock / template / clipart.
  • Use in a trademark or logo without my written permission.
  • Use in any illegal, hateful, or deceptive context.

Ownership & Attribution

All designs, artworks, and files remain the intellectual property of Zhazira. You are granted a non-transferable license to use the artwork according to the license scope you purchase. Attribution is appreciated in editorial or press contexts: @zhazira.

Exclusivity

Exclusive license makes a design reserved for your brand. I stop licensing that artwork to others from the moment of your purchase. If the artwork has been licensed earlier under non-exclusive terms, past uses remain valid. Exclusive license can be confirmed by a unique license code and invoice.

Delivery

After purchase you receive high-resolution print-ready files.

Refunds

Licenses are digital and become valid immediately. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review the terms and, if needed, request a custom clarification before checkout.

License Verification

Every purchase issues a unique license code (LS code / invoice no.). You can verify your license any time:

  1. Open Verify page.
  2. Enter the license code and your brand name.
  3. Download a printable certificate for your records.

The certificate lists license type, artwork title, brand name, purchase date, and scope.

Legal & Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable intellectual property laws. In case of unauthorized use or infringement, I may issue takedown notices (DMCA) and request compensation according to the standard commercial rates for the period of use.

FAQ

Can I use one license for multiple brands?
Licenses are granted to one brand / company. For multi-brand groups please request a custom agreement.
Can I trademark the pattern?
No, not without a written transfer. The artwork remains my copyright; you license the right to use it.
Can I upgrade to Exclusive later?
Yes, if the design is still available. You can upgrade by paying the difference between licenses.
